Residential Cleaning

A BASIC residential cleaning consists of:

• Bedrooms– furniture polished, Knick knacks and picture frames dusted, beds made, mirrors cleaned, trash emptied, floors vacuumed/ mopped, hardwood floors cleaned with floor cleaner.
• Bathrooms– mirrors cleaned, vanity and sink cleaned with disinfectant cleaner, tub/shower cleaned, glass enclosures thoroughly cleaned, toilets cleaned and disinfected as well and behind and base, light fixtures cleaned, trash emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped.
• Kitchen– countertops and backsplash cleaned, spot clean cabinet fronts, sink cleaned, appliance exteriors wiped, microwave oven cleaned in and out, floor vacuumed and mopped, trash emptied, liner replaced, polish table and chairs.
• Other living areas– furniture polished, areas dusted, blankets and pillows straightened, hardwood floors/tiles vacuumed and cleaned, carpets vacuumed.

A residential DETAILED, DEEP clean (at an additional cost) consist of:

• Bedrooms– furniture polished, Knick knacks and picture frames dusted, beds made, mirrors cleaned, trash emptied, floors vacuumed/ mopped, hardwood floors cleaned with floor cleaner, wipe baseboards, clean ceiling fan or light fixture, clean blinds and windows (interior).
• Bathrooms– mirrors cleaned, vanity and sink cleaned with disinfectant cleaner, tub/shower cleaned, glass enclosures thoroughly cleaned, toilets cleaned and disinfected as well and behind and base, light fixtures cleaned, trash emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped, wipe baseboards, clean blinds and windows (Interior) and ledges.
• Kitchen– countertops and backsplash cleaned, spot clean cabinet fronts, sink cleaned, appliance exteriors cleaned inside and out, microwave oven cleaned in and out, floor vacuumed and mopped, trash emptied, liner replaced, polish table and chairs, clean ceiling fans, wipe baseboards, clean blinds and windows(interior).
• Other living areas– furniture polished, areas dusted, blankets and pillows straightened, hardwood floors/tiles vacuumed and cleaned, carpets vacuumed, clean ceiling fans, wipe baseboards, clean blinds and windows (interior).
